BOOTCAMP
In addition to Personal Training 1:1 or semi-private sessions, I offer outdoor group exercise classes. My teaching/coaching/instructing style is friendly and motivational, not rough and tough like an army drill sergeant--don't let the name "bootcamp" scare you ; )
Classes cater to many ability levels. You control the intensity of the bodyweight resistance strength training, high-intensity intervals, and whoa go go mojo tempo cardio. I challenge you to challenge yourself, but go at your own pace. As long as you can currently do 30mins of sustained heart-pumping cardio, you'll survive and thrive!
If you have specific questions or concerns, of course please let me know prior to class. (All participants have to fill out the Health Questionnaire & Waiver ahead of time).
